While editing your course, the AI assistant KAI is available for elements in the Knowledgeworker Create editor as a support tool.

Editing texts with KAI

KAI optimizes texts both formally and in terms of content.

  1. Select the desired text element.

  2. Open the KAI menu using the KAI icon above the text and select the editing option:
    • Text style: shorten, expand, simplify, summarize, Use scientific language
    • Tone (neutral, formal, casual, humorous)
    • Form of address (formal or informal)
  3. KAI applies this input to the selected text field and edits the text. If the new version doesn’t meet your expectations, you can restore the original text using the Undo button at the bottom left of the editor.

Generating questions from elements with KAI

  1. Select the desired element, such as a Sharable Content Object, a section, a text element, or an interactive element.
  2. Open the KAI menu using the KAI icon above the element and select the Create question option.
  3. Suitable multiple-choice questions based on the text will now be generated in the KAI chat on the left side of the editor, where they can be further adjusted if needed. Then, drag the appropriate question into the content. The question will be added to the question library and can be edited and reused.

Converting interactive elements with KAI

The convert function is available for the following elements:

  • Accordion
  • Expansion Box
  • Carousel
  • Tabs
  • Timeline
  • Content Selection
  1. Select an interactive element.
  2. Open the KAI menu using the KAI icon above the element and under Change interaction, select the element you want to convert the content into, e.g., from Tabs to Accordion.
