A glossary supports the AI translation service in incorporating your organization's specific terminology into translations, such as product names and specialized terms. 

The glossary is applied by the AI translation service used (third-party provider). As with all AI-generated content, we recommend that you review it carefully: Check the translation critically to ensure that the terms from the glossary are used as intended within the context.

Glossaries are supported for almost all languages in the standard and extended language packages. If you have any questions about a specific language, feel free to contact us.

Preparing and setting up a glossary for translation

  1. Request our glossary template for translations.
  2. Fill out the template with the term pairs specific to your organization or create new term pairs.
  3. Send us the completed document, and we will set up the glossary for automatic translation.

Using a glossary for automatic translations

You don't need to do anything else. Once we have set up your glossary for translations in Knowledgeworker Create, it will be automatically used for all automatic translations.
