If you can't log in to Knowledgeworker Create, it may be due to several reasons. Learn how to restore your access and how to unlock users in your organization.
User name or password invalid
Check your typing and use account recovery if necessary.
- You have used an incorrect username.
Most organizations use the email address as the username. Check if the username you entered is spelled correctly.
- You have forgotten your password.
Use the Password Recovery to create a new password for yourself.
In the following cases, please contact the administrator of your organization:
- The user account has expired, your administrator must extend the validity.
- The user account has been blocked, your administrator needs to unblock your account.
