When a new comment is published on a post, people for whom this comment might be relevant must be informed. Therefore, Knowledgeworker Share sends notifications through various channels to inform these people.
Who receives notifications about comments?
The following people are notified about new comments:
- the author of the post,
- the trainers of the post,
- in replies to a comment, the author of the original comment,
- everyone who has liked the post, and
- everyone who has already commented on the post.
Is the receipt of the notification ensured?
Notifications are sent according to the recipient's personal settings. Therefore, it is possible that the recipient does not receive the notification on all channels or that notifications are completely disabled.
