Knowledgeworker Quiz (KnowledgeDuell) supports the automatic revalidation of player accounts. A confirmation of accounts on a regular basis helps to find active players more quickly and to comply to data privacy policies of your organization.

Not every organization needs a revalidation of player accounts. Therefore this feature is not active for all accounts.

If you received a request for revalidation, you should confirm your email address and extend your account within the next days.

If you did not receive a request to revalidate your account, you do not need to do anything. Your organisation did not activate this feature or the time limit for extension has not yet expired.

What will happen, if i do not extend my account?

Depending on the preferences of your organisation you may have a limited time to extend your account by confirming your email address. As soon as the limit has expired, your account will be deactivated. You will not be able to log in with your username or to play. Furthermore, your username may made available for future registrations of new players.
